This evaluation board is a complete power stage to drive 3-phase motor, powered by IRSM836-045MA CIPOS™ Nano . It is equipped with a standardized iMOTION™ MADK M1 platform interface. With standard oscilloscope probes easy access to several measurement points is granted. The featured IRSM836-045MA is a 4 A, 500 V Intelligent Power Module (IPM) for Small Appliance Motor Drive Applications
