This HL-T family customer device utilizes an Octal interface with a bandwidth of 333 MByte/s. Operating at 3V with an Interface Frequency of 166 MHz both for SDR and DDR, it abides by ISO 26262 compliance and comes in a PG-BGA-24 package.
