Input range of 3V to 40V, TLS820F0EL V33 regulators are ideal for automotive applications. Low quiescent current of 40μA. Output voltage accuracy of 2% and max current up to 200mA. Fast regulation and stability with just 1μF ceramic capacitor. Dropout voltage of 80mV below 100mA. Suitable for cranking conditions. Reset feature for voltage supervision and adjustable thresholds. Integrated watchdog circuit and protection against overtemperaturet.
