The TLF50201EL supports a wide input voltage range of 4.75 V to 45 V. With a nominal switching frequency of 2.2 MHz, it ensures efficient operation and enables the use of small and cost-effective components. It provides excellent line and load regulation, and includes protection features such as cycle-by-cycle current limitation, over-temperature shutdown, and input under voltage lockout.
