TLE8457CLE supplies microcontrollers with stable 5 V (up to 70 mA). Protection with undervoltage reset. LIN 2.2A and SAE J2602 compliant. Ultra low standby current (20 μA). Infineon BiCMOS technology for ESD robustness and EMC. AEC qualified for automotive environment. Different variants available (output voltage, packages, features).
