IRS2505L is a micro-PFC controller IC in 5-pin SOT-23 package for low power PFC boost front end up to 150 W. Critical conduction mode operation including smart ZX sensing through MOSFET gate drive pin. IRS2505L meets EN61000-3-2 class C limits for lighting applications.
