TLE9251LE: ISO11898, SAE J1939, J2284-4/5 compliant. Low power Stand-by mode with wake-up pattern detection. RoHS packages: PG-TSON-8, PG-DSO-8. ESD robustness, RF immunity for automotive use. Low EME, supports CAN FD. Data rates up to 5 MBit/s. Fail-safe features: overtemperature protection, current limitation, TxD timeout. Ideal passive behavior when not supplied.
