With Infineon Smart Power Technology SPT providing ESD and electromagnetic immunity, it's ideal for mixed supply HS CAN networks, including TLE7250XLE and TLE7250XSJ. AEC qualified for automotive use, it features two operating modes and fail-safe capabilities.
