The TLE4264-2 is a pin-compatible alternative to the TLE4264 with reduced quiescent current (typ. 40 µA). Ideal for low quiescent current applications. Offers overload, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection. Provides stabilized voltage (V Q,nom = 5 V) with ±3% accuracy for input voltages of 5.5 V - 45 V. Accuracy of ±2% for load currents up to 50 mA. Operating temperature range: -40 to 150 °C.
