AURIX™ second generation ( TC3xx ) comes back with an increase in performance, memory sizes, connectivity and more scalability to address the new automotive and industrial trends and challenges. In terms of performance, the corner radar application TC33xDA offers 2 cores at 200/ 300 MHz, up to 1.5 M Bytes embedded RAM, and consumption below 1 W.
