Infineon XENSIV KP276D1505 is a miniaturized digital absolute pressure sensor IC, based on capacitive principle. Converts pressure to 12-bit digital value, transmitted via SENT protocol (SAEJ2716). External NTC temperature sensor interface available, providing digitized 12-bit temperature data through SENT protocol. Integrated diagnostic mode for testing sensor cells and signal path, triggered by device power-up.
