The JANSF2N7648U3C R9 N-channel MOSFET is designed for space applications. With the ability to handle up to 100V and 22A, this superjunction device comes in a SMD-0.5 package with a ceramic lid, and has electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID. Its low RDS(on) and fast switching times make it ideal for high-speed switching applications, while retaining the advantages of MOSFETs such as voltage control and temperature stability.
