IRHSNA57Z60 is a rad hard Synchronous Rectifier featuring a co-pack of a N-Channel rad hard MOSFET and a Schottky diode in a SMD-2 package. Designed for use in space applications, it has electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. Its low conduction and switching losses, in addition to its low Vf Schottky Rectifier make the device ideal for DC-DC converters with up to 75A output.
