Rated up to 100V and 6.5A, it's a simple solution for interfacing with CMOS and TTL control circuits. This space-grade device is rated up to 100krad(Si) TID and maintains its threshold voltage within operating limits even after exposure to radiation, while remaining immune to single event gate rupture and burnout.
