IPT010N08NM5 OptiMOS™ 5 power MOSFET 80 V in TO-Leadless (TOLL) package, offers the industry’s lowest on-state resistance RDS(on) at both 25˚C and 175˚C, targets synchronous rectification for telecom and server power supplies. Combined with the TOLL package, IPT010N08NM5 is targeted for high-current applications (up to 425 A), such as forklifts, light electric vehicles (LEV), low voltage drives and, battery management system (BMS).
