Offering low RDS(on) of 5.2mOhm, Infineon’s TO-220 FullPAK package portfolio extension of MOSFETs features increased power density as well as improved efficiency. Serving as an ideal solution for synchronous rectification, OptiMOS™ power MOSFETs in TO-220 FullPAK are optimized for TV power supply, adapter, desktop and gaming applications.
