The BTS80009-SWPI-1ES is a single-channel high-side power switch and member of the SPOC™ Wire Guard family. The device is providing protection functions like configurable I²t wire protection and overcurrent limitation. It also features Idle Mode, digital diagnosis and Capacitive load switching mode.
