The REF_LLC_500W_FULL GAN is a half-bridge LLC resonant DC-DC converter board, delivering 500 W at 22 V. With low profile, high switching frequency, and efficiency it is ideal for super thin OLED TVs. The design showcases a full GaN solution, with the CoolGaN™ Transistor 650 V G5 (IGLD65R110D2) used on the primary side and the CoolGaN™ Transistor 100 V G3 (IGC033S101), controlled by the XDPP1148-100B, on the secondary side.
