The REF_5BR3995BZ_16W1 is an auxiliary power supply reference design based on Infineon’s 5th generation fixed frequency CoolSET™ family (ICE5BR3995BZ) in a flyback topology. It supports an input range up to 264 VAC with 15V/150mA, 12V/900mA, and 5V/300mA non-isolated outputs. The integrated 950V MOSFET enables deployment to unstable grid environments, increasing system robustness.
