The EVAL_3KW_GAN_HERIC is a 3 kW residential solar inverter evaluation kit based on the HERIC topology. It includes the inverter power stage main board and an isolated auxiliary power supply board, featuring CoolGaN™ Transistor 650 V G5 and CoolGaN™ bidirectional switch. An optional XMC7200-based REF-CLBXMC7PEC control board with software, signal conditioning, and GUI is available separately.
