It features state-of-the-art 600V CoolMOS™ C7 superjunction MOSFET (IPP60R040C7) in TO-220 and 150V OptiMOS™ 5 (BSC093N15NS5) in SuperSO8 power device technologies, along with optimized driving and control techniques using Infineon components.
