    This evaluation board is designed to assess performance of transistors built on Infineon's cutting-edge switches technology, specifically for use in solid-state circuit breaker applications. it is configured in two boards. The first to provide the gate driver with the gate signal and required power. The second is built in a bi-directional common source back-to-back topology, enabling the voltage blocking in both DC and AC operating modes.
