Contactless, EEPROM offers 1280 bytes of memory, organized into up to 128 pages. Data in the plain sector are accessible both via ISO optional and ISO custom commands. Data integrity is safeguarded by 16-bit CRC. High on-chip capacitance (97 pF ± 5%) allows smaller tag antenna designs. It also features value counters for a reliable data management.
