The TLF51801ELV regulator drives external power stages (n/n-MOS) up to 10A. Output voltage is adjustable with 2% tolerance. Integrated bootstrap diode saves components. Switching frequency ranges from 100 kHz to 700 kHz or syncs to external clock. Soft-start limits inrush current. Enable function enables power management. Includes current limitation, over-temperature shutdown, and undervoltage lockout for protection.
