Fault conditions monitored, adjustable output current limit. Enable function reduces power consumption. PG-SSOP-14 EP package. Alternative: TLF4277-2LD in PG-TSON-10 package (3.3mm x 3.3mm) with enhanced thermal performance, AOI capability.
