The TLE9471-3ES V33 is a monolithic integrated circuit in a PG-TSDSO-24-1 power package. It's designed for automotive CAN applications as main supply for the microcontroller and interface for a CAN bus network. It includes a 5V low-dropout voltage regulator, HS-CAN transceiver for CAN FD, high-voltage GPIO, and SPI interface. It offers low-power modes and wake-up features.
