The TLE9350VSJ is a high-speed CAN transceiver for automotive and industrial applications. It meets ISO 11898-2:2016, SAE J1939, and SAE J2284. It offers ESD robustness and RF immunity, eliminating the need for additional protection devices. The symmetrical output signals minimize electromagnetic emission. It supports CAN FD with rates up to 5 MBit/s. Fail-safe protect against damage. The TLE9350VSJ comes in a RoHS-compliant PG-DSO-8 package.
