The TLE8457DSJ is a LIN transceiver with low drop-out voltage regulator in a compact TSON-8 package. It supplies a stable 3.3V, up to 70mA, to microcontrollers and peripherals. Features include VCC undervoltage reset, LIN 2.2A, SAE J2602 compliance. Ultra low standby current of 20μA. Robust ESD protection, high EMC performance. AEC qualified for automotive use.
