TLE8457ALE supplies 5V to microcontrollers (up to 70 mA). Offers protection, LIN 2.2A, SAE J2602 compliance. Low quiescent current (20 μA) in standby mode. Auto power saving mode for fault detection. Infineon BiCMOS tech ensures ESD robustness, EMC. AEC qualified for automotive conditions. Different variants available (output voltage, packages, features).
