The TLE7368 supplies and monitors 32-bit microcontrollers with 5V, 3.3V, and 1.2V voltage levels. It combines a Buck converter and linear regulators for low power dissipation. The post-regulators provide 5V (800mA) and 3.3V (700mA) from a pre-regulated 5.5V (2.5A). It features power sequencing, voltage trackers, standby mode, and utilizes Infineon's SPT™ technology.
