Introducing the TLE7251V, driving signals to the CAN bus, safeguarding the microcontroller, and supporting CAN FD up to 2 MBit/s. With Infineon Smart Power Technology SPT providing ESD and electromagnetic immunity, ideal for mixed supply HS CAN networks, including TLE7251VLE and TLE7251VSJ. AEC qualified for automotive use, features two modes and fail-safe capabilities.
