TLE6251D: CAN transceiver, interface for microcontroller and bus signals. Low EME, meets ISO11898-2/-5. RoHS PG-DSO-8-16 package. Low quiescent current, wakes up by bus signal. Passive behavior in power-down. Suitable for mixed supply networks. Infineon SPT for ESD and EMI immunity. AEC qualified. Two modes, fail-safe features, optimized slew rates. Ideal for high-speed, large CAN networks.
