The Infineon linear Hall IC TLE4998C3C is tailored for precise angle, position detection, and current measurement. It offers a digital SPC signal using the SENT protocol and provides "range selection" and "ID selection" modes. Produced in BiCMOS technology, it features reverse-polarity protection, 16-bit DSP architecture, and high resolution for accurate measurements.
