The TLE42694 is a low dropout voltage regulator for automotive apps. Regulates input voltage up to 45V to 5.0V output. Drives loads up to 150mA with short-circuit and over-temperature protection. Reset signal for VQ,rt (typically 4.65V). Programmable power-on reset delay. Sense comparator provides under-voltage indication. TLE42794 alternative without integrated resistors.
