TLE4266-2: Reduced quiescent current (<1µA OFF, 40µA ON). Low current alternative to TLE4266. PG-SOT223-4 package, pin compatible. Overload, short circuit, and overtemperature protection. Regulates input voltage up to 45V (±3% accuracy). Operating range: -40 to 150 °C. Turns on with high level at INH pin.
