The OPTIREG™ linear TLE4263-2GS regulates input voltage (up to 45V) to 5.0V, with a load capacity of 180mA. It offers short-circuit protection, overtemperature shutdown, power-on reset, undervoltage reset, watchdog circuit, and an inhibit input. Reset output and watchdog trigger time can be adjusted with external components. Inhibit input switches off the IC, minimizing current consumption (typically 0mA).
