The ITS4075Q-EP-D is a 75mΩ Quad Channel Smart High-Side Power Switch with integrated protection. It has high current capability (2A per channel), low RDS(ON) values (120mΩ at Tj = 125°C), and a compact package. Designed for industrial environments, it can switch various loads. Diagnostic feedback is available via the STATUS output (ST). With robust protection features and optocoupler compatibility, it ensures efficiency.
