It simplifies the design effort, while enable an enhanced transient response and improved Vout regulation. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the IR3888B a small footprint, high efficiency solution for various point-of-load applications requiring.
