The BTS50015-1TAD is a 1.5 mΩ Smart High-Side Power Switch in a PG-TO-263-7 package. It offers protective functions and diagnosis, including Reverse On for reverse polarity protection. The power transistor utilizes a N-channel power MOSFET with charge pump, enabling it to drive high current loads up to 33 A. Ideal for harsh automotive environments such as switched battery couplings, power distribution switches, heaters, and glow plugs.
