The BTH6200-4ESA, as part of the PROFET™ + 48V family, features 4 channels with proportional analog current sense. This 200 mΩ quad-channel device is suitable for a 48 V board net. It comes in a TSDSO-24 exposed pad package offering protection and diagnostic functions.
