The BGT60LTR11AIP is a fully integrated 60 GHz radar sensor with Antennas in Package (AIP) and built-in motion and direction of motion detectors. It operates autonomously, eliminating the need for an external microcontroller or additional signal processing. With its low power consumption and adjustable duty cycling, the BGT60LTR11AIP is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications that require battery-powered motion detection.

  • 3.3 x 6.7 x 0.56 mm³ package size
  • 1Tx 1Rx Antennas in Package (AIP)
  • 500 MHz bandwidth
  • SPI interface for chip config and data acquisition
  • Two modes of operation including autonomous mode
  • Integrated motion & direction of motion detectors
  • Adjustable radar chip parameters via QS pins
  • Standard FR4 material can be used for PCB design
