The AUIR3241S is a low quiescent current high side Mosfet driver for back to back switch. It combines a boost DC/DC converter and a gate driver to operate standard level Mosfets at low battery voltage. It includes under voltage lock out protection. AUIRS3241S and AUIR3242S are similar, with the latter allowing easy relay replacement due to its active low level input. AUIRS3241S can be driven directly from battery voltage.
