The TLS810B1LDV33 is a low quiescent current linear voltage regulator with wide input range. Operating from 2.75 V to 42 V, it's ideal for automotive applications. The TLS810B1LDV33 provides a fixed 3.3 V output with 2% accuracy and 100 mA capability. It requires a small 1 μF ceramic capacitor for regulation. Internal protections ensure safety. It has an Enable feature for on/off control.
