TLS710B0: Low dropout linear voltage regulator for up to 100mA load current. Regulates input voltage (up to 40V) to VQ,nom=5V (±2%). Ideal for low current systems. Dropout voltage: 250mV (output<100mA). Extended range from 4.0V for automotive start-stop. Enable control, fast regulation with 1μF output capacitor. Designed for automotive applications, with current limitation and overtemperature shutdown.
