This application board tests analog performance of TLF35584QVHS1 and TLF35584QVVS1 safety system-supply for AURIX™ microprocessor. TLF35584 features step up/down pre-regulator, three linear post regulators, and two trackers. Board measures power supply rails with load resistors and SPI signals, INT interrupt, ERR, and WDI.
