This PROFET™+2 12V Grade0 Evaluation board is high temperature resistant up to 175 °C and comes with 1 high-side switch of BTS7006-1EPZ . The purpose of this board is to provide a quick and easy solution for customers’ lab evaluations. The PROFET™+2 12V Grade0 Evaluation board is capable to drive resistive, capacitive and/or inductive loads.
