The BTS50025-1TEA shield for Arduino includes four samples of the BTS50025-1TEA, a low ohmic smart high-side power switch. It can handle up to 24A of DC current and is designed for replacing relays and fuses in power distribution boxes. Suitable for high current applications, it can drive resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads. The shield can operate independently or be controlled by an Arduino or Infineon XMC™ microcontroller.
