The REF-MHA1KIM5PSOC™4 is a motor drive reference design for washing machines, featuring a PSOC™ 4100S Plus controller and a CIPOS™ Mini 600V, 10A three-phase TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT based intelligent power module (IKCM10H60GA). This single-layer reference design enables fast, efficient, and compact washing machine designs. The PSOC™ 4100S Plus controller offers flexibility for differentiating feature sets in various application scenarios.
