The REF_Fridge_D111T_MOS board is a three-phase inverter for refrigerator compressors, featuring the iMOTION™ driver IMD111T-6F040 and the 600V CoolMOS™ PFD7 super junction MOSFET IPN60R1K0PFD7S. It offers sensorless field-oriented control (FOC), easy interfacing through iMOTION™ Link for programming and debugging, and essential tuning for motor control systems.
