The power board module in this kit uses a 100 V OptiMOS™ MOSFET in a D²PAK-7 package, forming the primary building block for the LVD scalable power demo platform. As a single half-bridge, it facilitates easy construction of any half-bridge power topology. Power boards using Infineon’s OptiMOS™ in D²PAK, D²PAK-7, and TO-Leadless packages showcase diverse power MOSFET performance.
